- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service! Have to make a 30 minute appointment for a 2 minute notary service. Get a phone call from a representative to confirm appointment 30 minutes before appointment time. Get there 10 minutes into the appointment time (basically 20 minutes left of my assigned appointment which would take 2 minutes to do) to find out that my appointment has been cancelled, "they are busy with another customer" during my appointment time. Two notaries in the office and not one of them can take 2 minutes to take care of my notary service. Was told to make another appointment or take my papers elsewhere to get notarized. Such a simple service to provide and they can't get it straight! I will notarize my papers elsewhere, and take my business elsewhere where customer service is a priority!By Denise RODRIGUEZ, July 17, 2017
