- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I ALWAYS have a great experience at this store. I began to use this location as a pickup location due to the fact that my address was so new and UPS drivers couldn't find it. Therefore, all of my UPS packages are delivered there rather than my house. This is also good because I don't have to worry about packages left at the front door. The people are always helpful, courteous and prompt with service. I usually go there in the morning and I am helped by Matt Parsons. Matt is always so helpful and was the person that recommended using the UPS store as a FREE drop location for my packages. If it were not for Matt, I probably would have packages in limbo right now. I have also had great experiences with Ashton as well. I cannot remember a time where his service was without a smile. Using this location for any of their services is an experience that I highly recommend!By Anthony Pizzuti, June 01, 2017
